WORKSHOP POLICY

MATERIALS: Workshop projects are planned with specific materials in mind. These materials are available at The Loop. In the interest of achieving satisfactory results, we recommend that you use the materials specified by the instructor.

REGISTRATION: Advance registration and payment in full is required for all workshops. Registration may be completed by calling the store(429-5667) and using a credit card or at the Loop. If the class you would like to take is full, you can add your name to a waiting list. In the event of a cancellation, those on the waiting list will be contacted in the order in which they signed up.

CANCELLATION: Workshop fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you are registered, please notify us a minimum of 48 hours in advance and we will either register you for another workshop or provide you with store credit equivalent to the workshop fee. Withdrawals the day of the workshop will receive a credit of 50% of the workshop fee.

In the event that a class must be cancelled, (due to inclement weather or low enrolment, for example), students may choose to register for a rescheduled session or for another class, or receive store credit or a full refund.
