Finishing School: putting together knitted garments
Do you have sweater pieces languishing in your project pile? Do you live in dread of weaving in your ends? Learn to sew tidy seams and create elegant finishes that do justice to your hard work. Participants will learn mattress stitch seaming, grafting (Kitchener stitch), and how to pick up stitches for hems and edgings.
Prerequisites: A good understanding of basic knitting techniques - casting on, knit and purl, binding off, increases and decreases
